OKBQA framework is a platform for integrating modules from different contributors,
which means its robustness relies on robustness of the practice of each contributors.
To make the framework robust, please keep the following guidelines.
Use GitHub to share the source code of individual projects.
Sharing the source code through a public repository is important to make a open collaboration robust.
Even if the contributor stops providing his/her contribution, the shared source code will ensure a chance
for another contributor to take over a similar contribution.
Use version tags to precisely specify each version of your software
Update the OKBQA repository so that users can easily catch change of each modules
Create issues to request for changes
Take actions to address issues
